We are seeking new Hygiene Technicians to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician you play a critical role in servicing our customers washrooms. A Hygiene Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to, driving to client site(s) to provide a 'best in class' delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units, washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care and more. Ensuring that the washroom or facility has been serviced to an exemplary standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
- Maintain and service equipment. This includes but limited to replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing bin liners and air care cartridges
- Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize and dispose of waste
- Manage inventory levels
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Track and analyze your work routes with the manager at the end of each day
- Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
- Act as an ambassador for the Citron brand
- Other duties as required
This position has two shifts available:
7:30pm-5:30am : Service location: O'hare and Midway Airport and customers in the Chicago and surrounding area
*no weekends*
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Good driving record
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good customer service
- Good attendance and punctuality
