We are currently looking for an outgoing Salon/Spa Front Desk Receptionist/Team Assistant with passion & experience in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Your role would involve assisting Front Desk management, assisting our team of stylists & estheticians, and working on social media content & marketing

Your day would involve:

• Greeting customers/scheduling & checking out clients
• Helping to create social media content, client newsletters, and marketing promos
• Assist the owner in overall management of store operations
• Maintaining inventory levels for both retail, back-bar, and salon/spa supplies
• Assisting Stylists & Estheticians (sweeping, cleaning color bowls, laundry, and other duties as needed)
• Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays
• Organize and maintain a clean store
• Assist with other projects as needed

Experience

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Team work oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
• Self-starter, self-motivated
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Must be a TEAM player, self-motivated and proficient with social media!
