Salon Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide information about salon services and products to clients
- Process payments and handle cash register duties
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash register operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are beneficial for communicating with diverse clientele
