Salon Manager/Stylist

Requirements:

• Ensure Customer Care is delivered with excellence to every customer to get customers to return for their next visit
• Recruit, interview and hire stylists who can and will do the job expected, and are a fit to the team.
• Develop employees to reach their full potential by teaching, coaching and reinforcing expectations and behaviors.
• Know and understand the day-to-day operations to run a profitable salon
• We require full time hours, flexible & 90% time cutting on the floor.
