Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to salon staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure that salon services are delivered with exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and educate salon staff on new techniques, products, and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.

• Requirements:
• - Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.- Strong knowledge of retail math and experience with retail sales in a salon setting.
• - Kansas Cosmetology or Barber license
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• - Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with new trends and techniques.
• - Leadership skills to motivate and inspire salon staff
• .- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as needed. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.63 per hour
