The expected pay for this position includes a base hourly wage plus service commission and retail commission. We offer our team members a variety of fantastic benefits, too:

YOUR SCHEDULE

The typical schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. We close at 7 pm so there are no late nights!

YOUR DAY

As a Salon Coordinator, you have the delightful opportunity to lead by example and help your fantastic staff grow their clientele while boosting the overall business.

But that's not all! You're also the shining example, delivering top-notch hair care services with the utmost quality for each and every guest. Your role as the ultimate coach and mentor brings out the best in your salon family, ensuring a positive work environment that is as uplifting as a fresh new hairstyle.

As the talent scout, you're responsible for recruiting and training new team members, effortlessly handling conflicts, and addressing client concerns with professionalism. At the end of the day, you might even find yourself closing out the system, wrapping up another day of fabulousness in the world of styling!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Ability to lead by example and resolve challenges with professionalism
• Ability to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon's bottom line in mind
• A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
