SalaryWe are looking for a Salon Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon and provide support to staff. Salon coordinator responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and scheduling salon clients. Ultimately, you will ensure our business runs smoothly and our staff and clients receive excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and work with management to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction
- Answer phones with a warm and welcoming tone
- Schedule appointments and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment
- Ensure that all aspects of the business are run smoothly to maximize profits while minimizing costs (ensure timely appointment making, answering phones, scheduling, returning emails, etc.)
- Provide personalized attention and product recommendations
- Resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a positive and polished demeanor
- Oversee inventory of salon supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or salon experience
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient in Google Drive, Google sheets, Google docs
