```Responsibilities```
- Assist stylists and technicians with various salon services
- Sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Greet and check-in clients, escort them to their designated areas, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Support retail sales by recommending products to clients and assisting with product inventory management
- Assist with salon administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing salon software (e.g., MINDBODY)
- Mentor and train junior SALON ASSISTANTs to ensure consistent service quality
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of professionalism
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a salon or beauty-related environment is preferred
- Knowledge of color theory and hair care techniques is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
