We are urgently hiring a Salesperson to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic and are driven by honesty, we are ready to provide the training you need to excel. Enjoy work-life balance with our considerate schedule: closed on Sundays and an additional business day off.

Responsibilities:

• Approach and assist new customers that enter the dealership with a friendly and honest demeanor.
• Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions, without resorting to pushy sales tactics.
• Perform walk-arounds with customers and demonstrate the features of suitable automobiles.
• Effectively close automotive sales through transparent communication and without any deceptive practices.
• Ensure the customer understands the vehicle's operation features, warranty, and paperwork, maintaining clarity and honesty throughout.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals, thanks to our sincere approach to sales.
• Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, objectives, and planned activities.
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.

Qualifications:

• Common Sense.
• Strong work ethic and a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on honesty and integrity.
• Ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

• Earn around $100,000 a year, with top performers making up to $200,000 or more, through honest and dedicated work.
• Experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows a passion for what they do, a love for cars, and an innate ability to connect with customers truthfully.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
