Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales and marketing department in various activities to help drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Duties:
- Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities
-Create lists, filters, and sequences within the CRM
- Help create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, technology, and business development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage digital phone and SMS platforms
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
