Salary: $150k Max (Depends On Experience)

Job Description:

8+ years' experience in building and architecting salesforce applications

A proven track record working as part of a team on large/complex systems

Partner with Solution Domain Lead architects (if necessary) to seek guidance or vet solutions impacting other domains.

Architectural/technical experience with cloud native their platform as a service offering

Exposure in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud

Responsibilities:

Working in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities

Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements

Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes

Utilizing best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform

Possessing deeper knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects

Helping drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems

Thinking on feet and solving complex business and engineering problems

Mentoring and guiding other engineers within the team

Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively

Verifying solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.

Documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented.

Creating and maintaining a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members.

Staying current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.

Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction
