Position Title: Salesforce Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid, Washington, D.C.
Position Overview: Indev is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer to join one of our federal projects supporting Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your previous Salesforce development experience and expertise. Your in-depth understanding of state models will be used to build workflow applications used to integrate external data.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Incorporates Agile best practices into development and deployment strategies
- Trains Product Owner and team on refining backlog and prioritizing tasks
- Facilitates collaboration and self-organization
- Develops workflow models to define individual states and transaction tasks
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical staff and other key stakeholders to identify best solutions to address customer needs and provide guidance on execution strategies
- Provides oversight with the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other external systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow, interoperability, and alignment with program requirements
- Document best practices and operational procedures while implementing continuous improvement within the environment
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors of Science degree
- Six years of relevant experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills which translate well into requirements baselines that both technical experts and business owners can comprehend
- Proven ability to provide detailed, comprehensive, testable and traceable process components in a number of formats including, but not limited to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications, Use Cases, etc.
- Experience integrating internal data models to external data systems
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Nice to have’s:
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud with a focus on application integration
- Experience using Mulesoft and data pipelines
- Experience in AWS cloud integration
- Experience with Grants Management
- Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
- Currently hold a Public Trust clearance with Department of Transportation or Department of Homeland Security

Pay: $132,000.00 - $158,000.00 per year
