SPAR is seeking a Salesforce Mulesoft Developerskilled in middleware development (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) for Salesforce implementation teams. Hands-on role spanning various technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to grasp solution requirements, devise technical approaches, and deliver detailed designs.
- Develop clear documentation for technical understanding among clients and team members.
- Identify and communicate gaps/risks to stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and develop solutions including integrations, APIs, process orchestrations, RPAs, and custom solutions on Salesforce and middleware platforms.
- Deliver well-tested and documented code, supporting DevOps processes for promotions and deployments.
- Ensure timely, budget-friendly, high-quality solutions exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Manage multiple engagements, adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring responsiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years in Salesforce software development life cycle.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Flows, Apex, LWC, etc.).
- Experience with Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar middleware tools for integrations, API management, RPA, etc.
- Consulting experience engaging with business and technical leaders.
- Agile development and scrum practices familiarity.
- Expertise in OOAD, design patterns, database design, and systems architecture.
- Familiarity with Source Control, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Active listening ability, team collaboration, and consistent task completion.
