The Enterprise Services CRM team is responsible for the Development and Administration of Salesforce applications for various departments and colleges across Michigan State University. This position is responsible for Supporting and Collaborating with the One-Stop Salesforce implementation team, assisting with licensing, standards, and integrations. As well as ongoing Administrative and Development maintenance of the Salesforce One-Stop Student Portal. This position will also work with the One-Stop implementation team and will need to be able to interpret requirements and design solutions and testing criteria from those requirements in Salesforce.

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience supporting Salesforce; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce Apex classes and Triggers, lightning components, and Flows.
- Solid understanding and knowledge with SOAP or REST web-based communication and testing.
- Understanding of system architecture and integration with multi-cloud/ 3rd party apps and services ( API Integration, Application Design, Connected APPs, OAuth2.0 configuration knowledge, LWC, SSO ).
- Should have experience understanding user requirements and translating them into functional Salesforce components and code.
