Who We Are Looking For:
ANM is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to lead and manage Salesforce projects with our clients. The Salesforce Consultant is a Salesforce product and platform expert and will work with the company's largest enterprise customers.

What You Will Do As a Salesforce Consultant?

• Lead conversations with clients to understand their business processes and systems.
• Provide expert level advice on salesforce capabilities and system infrastructure to clients.
• Lead implementation of major Salesforce projects, from project kickoff to project closure, leading all aspects of the project, including Requirements Gathering Meetings, Design Meetings, Implementation Plan, Testing/UAT, End User Training Strategy, Support Strategy and Project Closure.
• Lead Requirements Gathering and Discovery Meetings for Salesforce Projects
• Communicate Application Requirements to developers, Technical Architects, and other implementation team members.
• Work with Technical Architects to design creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems.
• Ensure excellent communication with clients throughout the project.
• Manage project work and resources to ensure project tasks are performed correctly and on time
• Responsible for functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing and training
• Assist with Presales initiatives: SOW proposals, Change Orders, Project Estimates, Demos and Proof of Concepts
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and business analysts.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience
• 3+ full Salesforce implementations
• Good Understanding of Salesforce Applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com (http://force.com/) Platform.
• Experience with at least 1 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud
• Experience with App Exchange Packages such as Conga, Skuid, DocuSign for Salesforce, etc.

Preferred qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Consultant Certification(s) (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud)

Travel:
Some travel is required for this position. May require out-of-the-area and overnight travel. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance. Travel to client site (usually less than 25%), but may be higher based on client engagement.
