Job description

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will work within a global team, spanning various time zones and ensure excellent customer service. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal Business Technology group and global Support teams to maintain and enhance our customer support systems and tools largely powered by Salesforce.com. We need a self-starter who can learn quickly, drive deliverables, and take pride in ensuring that the customer and analyst experience is kept at the forefront at all times.

Write and manage Customer Support requirements and user stories for prioritized roadmap initiatives. Identify opportunities for technology improvements that lead to best in class customer service. Document and track dependencies related to assigned projects.

Ensure the delivery of business requirements documentation, user story readiness, backlog grooming & refinement, user acceptance testing, and functional documentation for assigned initiatives. Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with business technology to drive viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues. Outstanding communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal.

Basic Qualifications: Must have business or systems analysis experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field. Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred.

Jira & Confluence experience a plus. This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $50.00/hour-$66.16/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
