Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Duties: - Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support - Train and develop new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge - Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team - Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet goals - Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail management or sales management is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers - Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred but not required - Experience in recruiting, training, and development of employees - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for career advancement.
