Sales Vault Manager

Our company has an immediate need for a Sales Vault Manager. We are seeking a dynamic, energized, and most importantly, experienced person who specializes in warehousing, inventory control, and warehouse logistics to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, fulfillment, and distribution of all merchandise. Our ideal candidate must be technologically literate as we are seeking to bring our Sales Vault up to state-of-the-art standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Managing Vault operations in a manner that complies with the company's vision and policies.
• Maintaining and modernizing all jewelry merchandise inventory processes and procedures
• Overseeing the receipt, distribution, and proper storage of all merchandise
• Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with the data system
• Maintaining the Sales Vault’s physical conditions: 1) general cleanliness and 2) organization, layout, and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization.
• Safeguarding the contents by establishing procedures and protocols for proper storage and fulfillment practices
• Working directly with the Sales Managers to oversee and prioritize the distribution of outgoing orders and oversee the fulfillment staff to meet these goals.
• Working directly with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Maintaining vault staff, and assisting in all recruiting, training, and counseling in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy of all merchandise counts and reconcile with the data system.

Qualifications

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, or business

·         administration.

·         Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

·         Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·         Excellent project management skills.
