Job Description Summary:
The Sales Training Facilitator will prepare new sales employees by conducting orientation to sales business lines including review of necessary internal information, sales process and sales expectations within the organization. Provide sales employees with resources and assistance needed to be successful in their roles including but not limited to training manuals, online training materials, virtual programming, and in person workshops. Engage with content creation team to ensure materials are meeting the needs of the sales employees and facilitator. Will be fully engaged and aligned with larger talent development team to ensure fluid transition of employees through sales specific and corporate trainings as required for their roles. Use engaging facilitation skills and practices for an open and participative learning sessions. Assist in facilitation for new programs as requested and partake in evaluation process of each training program when required.

- Facilitate live & virtual workshops for commercial employees.
- Deliver approved clinical and Sales Training to care transition, acute & chronic team members.
- Implement, track, and provide feedback on all training deliverables.
- Participate in analyzation and measurement processes to assess training effectiveness.
- Provide voicing and facilitation as needed for eLearning and virtual tools.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 4-6 years of related Sales Training experience,
OR
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related Sales Training experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in facilitation, teaching, or learning.
- Experience developing, motivating, and directing team members.
Basic Qualifications
- Excell in facilitation skills
- Must be located in greater Chicago metro area and willing to travel throughout suburbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Responds quickly and effectively to changing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with public speaking and group presentation
Physical Demand Requirements
- Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Required to be able to travel via independent vehicle or public transportation.
- Occasional bending, stooping, reaching
- Required to use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, computer & audio/visual equipment.
Travel Requirements: (if required)
- 50-60 % within Chicagoland area; 10-20% nationwide
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience facilitation remotely and in person
- Background in eLearning facilitation and management
Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Minimum pay is $61,163.18+
