Sales Trainer

Provides and leads training efforts for USAC sales teams on Sales onboarding, Sales skills, Sales Process, Sales Methodology, Sales Systems, Product Training and other necessary Sales/Professional business skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Implement standard onboarding training program for all new sales employees.
• Effectively communicate with HR, IT, and Hiring Managers on training progress during sales employee's first 30 days on the job.
• Train sales employees on current sales methodology utilizing personal sales knowledge and outside trainers as required.
• Develop and implement cycle training and business case usage training for but not limited to: Sales Methodology, Sales Process, Systems.
• Coordinate and manage modules/courses/learning paths in LMS as developed/defined by Neogen Technical Services, Technical Specialists, Product Specialists, and Product Managers.
• Perform quarterly audits of LMS content.
• Communicate content creation and or update needs to Neogen Technical Services, Technical Specialists, Product Specialists, and Product Manager.
• Create and implement standard cycle training programs to include product and market training relative to that employee's position, as well as systems skills, inter-office resource/communication SOP's, Neogen Corporation history, and corporate structure etc.
• Communicate effectively with Sales Directors/Team Leaders to identify employee training needs, strengths, and weaknesses.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; one or two year's professional sales and/or training experience required. Prefer SPIN Selling certification or similar. CRM, Salesforce and SAP experience a plus but not required.
