**Job Description:**

As a Sales Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role in driving nationwide B2B sales while also engaging directly with consumers in the field to promote our brand. You'll need to leverage both traditional and online marketing techniques, including social media, to reach our target audience and boost merchandise sales. This role will involve researching markets, identifying barriers, and selecting the most effective marketing channels to optimize revenue while managing costs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Generate sales through relationship building, marketing, and social media engagement.

- Research markets, analyze risk-management issues, and devise effective marketing strategies.

- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, including social media influencers.

- Plan and execute promotional events and marketing opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze social media channels to optimize brand presence.

- Maintain records of financial transactions and report to the owner regularly.

- Collaborate with the team to communicate ideas, strategies, and objectives effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Passion for sports, particularly softball, with a strong understanding of the sport's culture.

- Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in social media and internet marketing techniques.

- Ability to work weekends and travel overnight for tournaments.

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Proven track record in sales with integrated and conceptual selling approaches.

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

- Self-motivated, innovative, and action-oriented.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation:**

- Base salary of $36,000 plus a commission of 5% on net profits, paid monthly.

- Expected minimum annual earning of $100,000, with a target of $250,000.
