Sales Team Leader

Mike Erdman Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, possess strong leadership skills, and be adept at utilizing CRM tools to drive sales performance. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales objectives, motivating the Sales Team, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM tools to manage and enhance customer relationships
• Identify and capitalize on service-to-sales opportunities
• Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve individual and team targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills of the Sales Team
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the Sales Team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive sales
• Fluency in CRM tools utilization
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a Sales Team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary averaging $12,000 - $14,000 per month
