Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- This position supports the industrial customer group.
- Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs.
- Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers at the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
- Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
- Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders.
- Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers.
What do you need to succeed?
- 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Industrial/PVF industry experience or knowledge is a plus.
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic work ethic.
- Demonstrates and utilizes quality sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail, and demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well as organize and prioritize work.
- The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment and always be a team player.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
