Employee shall be responsible for developing and maintaining business for the
Employer. Employee shall work in coordination with the management team, to identify and engage
potential sales representatives and customers for the use of Employer’s laboratory testing services.
The primary responsibility will be to educate and service new and existing Physician Offices on the
Scientia Diagnostics offerings. The focus will be on developing and servicing new and existing
accounts.
The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position
is responsible.
o Service new and existing accounts.
o Schedule and execute in-service training at customer sites
o Train clinic’s staff in proper processing of requisitions and sample
collection procedure
o Provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as required
o Ensure all customers are adequately stocked with appropriate supplies at all times
o Plan and execute visits to your accounts in the territory on a regular basis
o Identify, communicate and help resolve any service issues, billing issues or customer
complaints
o Obtain information missing from requisitions in order to facilitate timely specimen
processing
o Assist Scientia Diagnostics Billing and Data Entry with collection of missing patient
demographic information
o Adherence to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements
o Other duties as assigned
