Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our renewable solar energy products and services to residential customers

- This role involves direct contact with potential clients at their homes to explain the benefits of going solar, to collect all information needed to build an evaluation for their home, and to guide them through the sales process

- Door to door: This role requires the canvassing of neighborhoods to find potential leads

- Maintain positive relations with all clients throughout the sales process

- Utilize a CRM or other tool to keep track of all deals in your pipeline and regularly update to speed installation times

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:
- It is strongly preferred that you already have strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.

- This role requires you to be strongly self motivated, you are your own manager at this job. Your success will be determined largely through the effort that you are willing to put in. Be self motivated and have a strong dedication to reaching your personal and financial goals.

- No prior sales experience is necessary. You must be willing to be taught on the job.

- Have a consistently positive attitude and willingness to learn from your team.

- Extremely strong work ethic.

- This role does require consistent traveling, a willingness to travel is mandatory.

- Must thrive in a competitive, dynamic sales environment.

This a role where you are your own boss and your success, financial and personal, is largely determined by you. All training will be provided, and the earning potential with commission is limitless, you are able to make as much or as little as you want.
