We are looking for a driven and skilled B2B Lead Generation and Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers to generate new business opportunities. You will source leads through various online channels, enrich data on prospects, craft personalized outreach messages, and handle initial sales conversations to qualify accounts. Responsibilities
- Source and generate new leads from provided sources.
- Enrich lead data by researching prospects and gathering relevant information
- Craft personalized outreach messaging for email, LinkedIn, etc. to connect with potential customers
- Manage lead list in CRM and ensure data is up-to-date
- Handle initial sales calls and emails to qualify accounts and identify opportunities
- Create blogs and LinkedIn content focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
- Work closely with team to ensure lead follow-up and facilitate handoff.
- Create and execute the campaign calendar in collaboration with team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify innovative opportunities for engagement and growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting or inside sales with with exposure to digital lead generation, target group identification, communication strategy, engagement strategy, content strategy.
- Proficiency with various lead sourcing tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage lead workflow
- Strong email and linkedin presence and the ability to qualify leads quickly
- Hunter mentality and eagerness to hit lead goals
- Familiarity with sales processes and funnel management
