Job Description:
Company Operations: Manage communication and coordination between the US office and headquarters, including office rental (if necessary), handling mail and phone calls, managing accounting and banking requests, and other administrative tasks. Efficiently coordinate internal and external resources of REACH24H.
Sales Engagement: Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities in the US market. Collaborate with the US General Manager in participating in marketing activities such as conferences, seminars, expos, and client visits. Assist headquarters in managing public relations with government entities, associations, industries, laboratories, and business partners. Support the business lines of the headquarters in Europe.
Knowledge and Information Management: Stay updated with regulatory developments, enforcement activities, and industry trends.
