Sales Representative / Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, and will have experience in both project management and sales although not required.

Responsibilities:

• Door to Door Sales

• Customer Service Skills, ability to listen to the concerns of customers and be able to address their needs.
• Interpersonal Skills, ability to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of our products to potential customers.
• Confidence and Strong Self-Assuredness to succeed in making a sale.
• Physical Endurance, as Sales Representatives/Project Managers may need to be on their feet, travel between locations, load/lift heavy products.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Negotiate and explain contracts with external agreements.
• Supervise the work of Laborers and run materials as needed to your jobs.

Requirements:

• Must be able to climb/inspect steep multi-faceted roofs 9/12 + pitch.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with ease.
• Must have your own method of reliable transportation/Valid LA drivers license
• Prioritizing, time management and organization skills.
• Target Driven, able to meet sales quotas
• Access to internet and email.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Team players with leadership abilities
• Able to travel to job sites in state.
• Must be able to think and react quickly under pressure.
