We are seeking reliable and experienced Project Developers / Sales Representatives to join our growing company. This position will be based out of our Coeur d'Alene, ID office. The Project Developer position at RevoluSun Idaho plays a critical role in supporting our company in becoming Idaho’s most trusted Solar and Tesla Home Storage provider. The Project Developer will develop business and sell custom energy projects for RevoluSun Mountain States.

General Duties:
- Have an eagerness to learn and self-initiative to explore the solar industry
- Remain knowledgeable on industry trends and technological developments
- Work with our leading Solar and Storage company to develop and close new sales opportunities in a rapidly growing market
- Generate new revenue in the solar energy sector and exceed monthly objectives
- Attend virtual and in-person sales appointments to help educate potential customers on the economic, environmental and freedom of choice that solar and/or batteries give to customers
- Help to sell innovative products
- Analyze client electricity needs and design custom PV systems to meet customer goals
- Secure signed agreements, collect customer payments, and provide introduction to operational team
- Manage client communication and liaise internally throughout the installation process
- Attend customer walk-throughs post installation, demonstrating the app, delivering a goodie bag and requesting referrals
- Represent Revolusun in the community, at networking events and operate the Revolusun booth at events to promote the RevoluSun brand and acquire your own leads.
The Successful candidate for the Project Developer position will possess the following skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- World-class client service skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a profound curiosity of renewable energy products and services
- Hard-work ethic and willingness to learn, grow and work alongside others
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new digital programs and software to help develop solar projects
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build trust and rapport with prospective customers
- Ability to deliver outstanding presentations to customers
- Must exhibit a positive, hard working attitude and willingness to learn
- Exhibit integrity in completing assigned work and communication around meeting deadlines
- Exercise time management to work efficiently on given work while effectively balancing learning and development
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
