Sales Representative

Job Title: Cleaning Sales Representative Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cleaning Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cleaning products to commercial and residential clients. You will actively seek out new customers, build relationships with existing clients, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and cold call potential customers to generate new business opportunities. 2. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions to meet those needs. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 4. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. 5. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 8. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. 9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software. 10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products and services. Requirements: 1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cleaning industry. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. 4. Strong presentation and demonstration skills. 5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory. 9. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 10. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pay: $64,092.00 - $73,992.00 per year
