Sales Representative / Outside Sales

Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

• Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets.
• Regularly visit healthcare facilities, clinics, and other potential clients within the assigned territory.

Product Promotion:

• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our disposable medical products to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical product sales, with a focus on disposables.
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car for travel within the designated territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
