Join Ambulatory Management Solutions (AMS)as an Outbound Sales Representativeand be a key player in our mission to secure 1-2 new office-based anesthesia clients monthly! We're a dynamic practice management organization supporting Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Office-Based Anesthesiology practices across Illinois, Texas, Washington, and Oregon. As part of our expanding Sales and Business Development Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth. You will be at the forefront to help us achieve our mission to serve 1,000,000 patients annually by 2030!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Execute and adapt sales strategies to not just meet but exceed our sales targets. Utilize networking, cold calling, and social media to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, with a target of completing 40-60 calls/day.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, enduring business relationships. Understand the unique needs of independent practices and offer our anesthesia services as solutions, ensuring the successful onboarding of 1-2 clients monthly.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and assess office-based practice needs for bringing surgical procedures in-house. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of AMS services and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales results, offering valuable feedback to the management team for strategic adjustments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical departments, to optimize sales strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and liaise with internal teams for continuous service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Sales Acumen: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast Learner: A quick learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-Motivated: Possess a results-driven approach and self-motivation.
