Sales Representative & Order Entry

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a great attitude to join our company as a Customer Representative. Our company rents Portable Restrooms and Temporary Power to both Construction sites as well as Special Events such as Weddings, festivals, etc.

Your daily duties will consist of taking phone calls to both our existing customers as well as potential ones. You will be responsible for answering phone calls throughout the day and imputing customer orders. Some basic computer skills are needed, however you will be trained on the job to work with our software.

The hours will be Mon-Friday 7:30 to 4:00

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling and communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
