Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, independent, and reliable, possessing an outgoing personality. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business, maintaining a current book of business, and representing the company at trade shows nationwide (5-7 per year). Travel is required for trade shows, and the role involves maintaining client relationships through regular check-ins
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the specialized tax recovery market
- Develop and execute effective strategies for prospecting and lead generation
- Actively seek out and engage prospective clients to build a robust sales pipeline
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to current clients
- Regularly check in with clients and address any concerns to maintain strong relationships
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients
- Attend 5-7 trade shows nationwide per year to showcase our services and generate leads
- Travel as required for trade shows and client meetings
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Participate in industry events, dinners, lunches, and strengthen relationships
Requirements:
- Hardworking, independent, and reliable individual with an outgoing personality
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the specialized tax recovery market
- Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings
- Experience in aviation and government contracts is a significant plus
- Familiarity with Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams), and automated email software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Government contract is a plus
- Experience within aviation field is a plus
Remote/On-site:
- Entry-level positions may require regular office attendance
- More seasoned professionals have greater flexibility for remote work
- All candidates should be within a commutable distance, as client visits are expected
