Sales Representative for Roofing Company

Viking Contractors LLC is a storm damage contractor looking to expand our phenomenal team! We are seeking individuals driven to succeed alongside a bustling company. • As an Independent Contractor, you will create relationships with homeowners to educate them on the effects of hail damage. In doing so, you will provide superb customer service throughout the sales process.

• Learn and use state-of-the-art software and management tools to boost your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and reach potential customers in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro Area
• Develop high-quality customer service throughout all stages of each project.
• Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and leads provided by Viking Contractors LLC.
• Responsible for organizing his own schedule and being on time for every appointment.
• Communicate efficiently to attend to customer needs.
• Capable of being proactive and anticipating any rising issue.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to continue after rejection
• Displays a positive, professional attitude
• Athletic and capable of carrying ladders and getting on top of roofs safely
• Valid Driver's License
• Has his own transportation
• Be able to communicate with all types of people with kindness and patience
• Have a willingness to learn
• Must have a smartphone

• Our top salesmen generate +$500k a year. New salesmen can generate $3,000 to $5,000 PER WEEK.
