Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets in the roofing industry.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Visit potential clients, assess their roofing needs, and provide accurate and competitive estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our roofing solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure roofing contracts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials, construction techniques, and industry regulations (prior experience in the roofing industry is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
- Climb ladders up to 32 ft and carry up to 45 lb
