Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100% performance-based. But do not let that detour you, we give you the tools, leads and people to succeed! Make no mistake, your work ethic is the one thing that you DO have control over.
The average commission payout is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000, plus quarterly bonuses, and free trips just for hitting the minimum goal! Above-average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above-average performers range from $71,000-$200,000+. AZ, NE, and CA are draw states; You areguaranteed $513 per week against commissions.
