Fastest Growing Commercial Signage company in Texas seeks Sales Rep for Large Format Signage to join our team! You will drive growth and expand customer base. You will identify and engage potential clients, nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities from new and existing customers. resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strives for excellence and shows initiative to identify, seek and capture business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
● Conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers to expand company clientele, reach and scope.
● Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
● Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
● Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily to grow book of clients.
● Track key sales metrics and strive towards hitting and exceeding the goals.
● Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
● Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
● Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts on the company's CRM system.
● Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
● Proven 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
● Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.
- Valid TX Driver's License
- Travel = Less than 25%
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
