Sales Representative Construction

We are looking for a seasoned,energetic, enthusiastic, self-initiating, go-getter who is looking to work as a Sales Representative for our concrete sealer manufacturing company. It may not seem like the most exciting industry but we are passionate about what we do and want the individual we hire to love our industry as well.

We are looking for an individual who is able to efficiently manage incoming phone calls, email contact forms and outbound sales calls. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can efficiently manage customers projects and make the correct product recommendation to close the deal while also using problem solving skills to help a customer remediate a project gone wrong. We have a pleasant, laid back working environment with young and talented professionals. Everyday there are new opportunities to close a deal with unlimited earning potential as the position pays a salary plus commission on any sales closed. (*Base pay is $50,000 a year but this job is commission based with annual earning potential of $100,000 a year plus)

Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, answering incoming email contact forms, solving any technical support issues customers may have, keeping up to date customer information in our Zoho CRM, following up with existing customers & sales leads and making outbound sales calls to potential customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Outgoing and personable individual who can connect and build a relationship customers over the phone
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• 2-5 years of experience in phone sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

No nights or weekends ever: We work 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday.
