Job Description

The Sales Representative Account Manager will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, accurately qualifying opportunities and generating new business revenue for TEAM IM.

Candidates will be required to possess or develop a broad understanding of business process transformation, search optimization, autoclassification and content management solutions and technologies. A background in technology software/services sales associated with the Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Heavy Industry is preferred.

Candidates must be skilled communicators and presenters, who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about customer relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. Prospecting and sales automation experience would be advantageous.

The Sales Representative Account Manager will be supported by and work closely with the Head of Sales, the rest of the Sales, Pre-Sales team and the Delivery team to craft the best sales approach and solution for the customer.

  • Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities and duties of this job include:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Implement opportunity generating strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Generate new business leads and convert free trials to happy customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with our tech team to provide solutions.
  • Provides Leads (for all customer types) and maintains an ongoing pipeline of prospective target accounts.

Travel

  • Travel up to 25% for customer visits, trade shows, and team meet-ups.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business and Information technology.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in an IT (Information Technology) or Technology related company, in a SaaS (Software as a Service) product Sales role.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms and Services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Construction, Mining, Industrial manufacturing, Heavy industry technology experience preferred.
  • HubSpot (or similar) CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Sales Pipeline and Sales automation experience.
