Call Dad AC and Heating is actively seeking a high performing Comfort Advisor to join our team in! We are focused on finding highly motivated and positive individual(s) to assist with the growth of our business. Only those who want to be the best should apply. You will be responsible for the complete customer experience and all the performance measures listed in this agreement and letter. This includes the in-home sales process, developing and presenting HVAC replacement / upgrade proposals, securing sales and following up with potential sales, 100% customer satisfaction, culture and brand representation, communication, teamwork, work orders, final installation follow-up, and fostering referral relationships. This position will work with new and existing customers to guide them through the Sales Process while exploring equipment, financing, and warranty options.

Pay ranges between $100,000 - $150,000, depending on performance. No commission cap. Unlimited income potential.

Customer Relationship Skills, Customer Experiences and Image

  1. Listening to customers, reading the situation and educating customers is the paramount focus of your role
  2. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction and no less than a 5-star result
  3. Handle all customer related issues immediately in real time
  4. Communicate any issues and concerns regarding customer service immediately to management
  5. Support warranty callbacks with the same approach we support a new customer experience
  6. Image policy of Company is accepted and diligently maintained
  7. Vehicles are to be kept clean inside and outside at all times, washed when necessary to maintain clean visual image, and kept up to maintenance standards
  8. Maintain your personal image – your appearance in a manner consistent with our company policy, and the perfect sales call approach noted in the operating manual.
  9. Building relationships with new customers and asking for referrals on each installation
  10. Respecting the customer’s property, family, pets, and requests
  11. Treat each customer as if they are our first and last

Training & Personal Growth

  1. Attend all requested training functions, including Company, vendor and third party related
  2. Commit to attending all training as requested
  3. Willingness to accept coaching and work on personal development based on constructive feedback from management
  4. Accept personal responsibility for training, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow
  5. Willingness to learn about new products and come up with creative customer solutions to common issues

Communication & Administrative Tasks

  1. Must be accessible by phone at all times, other than scheduled vacations or holidays
  2. Communicate any issues to management immediately for resolution
  3. Attend all company and departmental meetings
  4. Turn in paperwork at proper times in a legible format
  5. Work with office staff to track leads, closure rates, and sales data
  6. Willingness to follow-up and mine the existing lead funnel as well as explore alternative marketing efforts
  7. Work with office staff and management to develop sales materials
  8. Complete thorough documentation (including pictures) of jobs, submit all required work orders, and work closely with the installation department on scheduling procedures
  9. Complete the quality follow-ups and walk-throughs for homeowner, if requested
  10. Work with office staff to complete the warranty registration for homeowners
  11. Work with office staff to send thank you cards
  12. Willingness to volunteer for community outreach and brand building events

Minimum Job Requirements:

  1. At least two years of sales experience
  2. Self-motivated and ability to work under direction to complete specific tasks, including follow-ups and complete cold-calls.
  3. Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver license
  4. Able to meet Physical Demands and tolerate working environments
  5. Must be able to speak, read, & write in the English language
