Pay rate range: $25/hr. to $27/hr. on w2.
PART TIME POSITION
• Weekends needed
• Closing shift needed- this is based on business need but NY minimum requirement for part time employee no less than 4 hour and no more than 7 hour a day.
• That can average 3 to 4 shift per week based on needs hence at time it could be more hours but no more than 28 hours weekly.
• Part time has to be flexible, can't commit to a dedicated time slot at this point

Position Summary:
Sales Associate – 837 Retail, to join our 837 retail team you be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and hitting revenue targets. You are empathetic, composed, and setting the pace and energy for all customers and the retail team This position has very high expectations with the purpose of driving revenue and surpassing set revenue goals. Engage consumers daily. Identify consumer needs and be a tech-savvy /Android enthusiast who is passionate about engaging consumers. Explain the benefits of the Electronics brand
Role and Responsibilities:
Operational:
• Provide a welcoming greeting and friendly attitude to every/all customers that enter the location.
• This position is responsible for driving sales results, meeting all KPI’s, providing exceptional customer experience, exemplifying brand advocacy.
• Be a tech-savvy Android enthusiast who is passionate about engaging consumers
• Friendly engagements of consumers in retail stores daily to identify their needs. Warm handoff to the correct team members
• Obtain, through training, basic knowledge to properly demonstrate the devices/products to consumers
• Support local client's retail teams through event execution, store partnerships, and product training
• Support product launches through mystery shops, retail and consumer insights, and product training
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Communicate successes, obstacles, wins, and needs to leadership
What we are looking for:
Required Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• 3 years prior sales, promotion, retail, hospitality or marketing experience
• Passionate about engaging consumers and showing off products
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Flexibility in schedule to work experiential or retail events and to work weekend or non-standard shifts
