- Build a customer base through market-generated leads, networking, and cold calls
- Meet with customers, gather information for our estimator, and present proposals
- Collaborate with the production team and provide customer feedback on completed projects
- Close deals with your strong negotiation skills
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to help drive sales growth
- Attend trade shows to connect with construction and building professionals
- Work ina regional territory that includes Eastern PA, MD, NJ, NY, and DE

King Precast, family-owned & operated, manufactures and installs precast and cast-in-place concrete foundations for residential & commercial buildings. Precast concrete foundations are a timesaving, in-demand building material with extensive growth potential. We are looking for a Sales Representative to promote our foundations and focus on building a solid customer base of construction companies and builders. Our ideal candidate will have general construction knowledge or concrete industry experience and love pursuing people and building relationships. Our Ideal Sales Representative:
- Experienced: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry; must have general building construction knowledge. Experience in the concrete industry is a plus
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and able to learn new estimating software
- Organized: Able to prioritize your work, manage and keep up with your leads, and follow through on projects
- Self-starter: Driven, self-motivated, and ethical. Someone with a strong work ethic, who keeps commitments, and works with integrity
- Relational: Enjoys connecting with people and building solid and lasting customer relationships
- Adaptable: Someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven, fast-paced environment; can be collaborative but also enjoys working independently
- Driver's License: Must have a valid PA driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record
