We currently have immediate opportunity at our North America Team for Sales Superstars. The mix of our great products, increasing market dynamics and attractive compensation system create an opportunity that is both exciting and rewarding. If you consider yourself a strong sales professional - bring it in!

Hopefully, you will have some working knowledge of medical devices, gyms, spas, or other cryo therapy related experience.

Depending on your location you will most likely be a remote employee. If you are in reasonable distance from our Whitehall location you would probably join in personally at our Whitehall, PA location.

This is potentially a hybrid situation.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available

· Persist in sales even in the face of failure

· Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

· Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

· Answer questions from clients with sense of urgency

· Make product knowledge readily available to self and other people through various resources

· Find ways to sell products in any market

· Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

· Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them

· Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market

· Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement

· Make product appeal to the target market

· Educate other people in the art of selling

· Make sure that quota are met during a given period

· Actively participate at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product

· Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines

· Demonstrate team spirit on daily basis thru working with Ops Teams

· Be involved in marketing campaigns and continuously seek ways to spread CRYO-Science products awareness

· Be a recent grad.
