Compensation:$50,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Canvass Neighborhoods by Knocking on Doors and Talking to Homeowners
- Letting Homeowners Know About Solar Energy Alternatives
- Sharing the Real Solution to Rising Electric Rates
- Set Appointments for Homeowners to Receive Personal Home Reports
- Team Training in the Office 2 Times Per Week
- Zoom Meetings 2 Times Per Week

- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
