We are looking for highly motivated individuals to take advantage of some of the best sales commissions in the personal insurance industry.
This is a full-time hybrid (office/remote) Sales Agent role for Allstate The Archenhold Agency located in Duncan, SC. The Sales Agent will be responsible for providing financial services and insurance options to customers. They will assess customer needs, provide expert advice and create custom insurance and financial solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Agent is responsible for building and maintaining effective customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling, and meeting agreed-upon sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent understanding of finance, insurance, and investment products
- Familiarity with CRM software and insurance industry regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards customer service
- State Insurance and Securities license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Experience working in sales or insurance is a plus
- Bilingual skillset is a plus
