With a focus on pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, driveway resealing, sealing and staining, gutter installation, maintenance, and cleaning for both residential and commercial properties, we offer a diverse range of services to meet our clients' needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Generate leads through door-to-door sales, cold calling businesses or apartment complexes, and networking efforts.

- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.

- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to drive results.

- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.

- Familiarity with exterior home services is preferred but not required; willingness to learn about our offerings is essential.

- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

**Compensation:**

This position offers a lucrative 100% commission-based structure. Sales Consultants will earn a competitive 30% commission on all jobs sold, including upsells. With an average job price of $650, you have the potential to earn $780 or more in commissions per day by selling 3-5 jobs.
