Position: Bilingual Salesperson (Full-Time)

Location: Orlando Auto Mall

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, providing a seamless and informative buying experience.
• Present the vehicles in a compelling manner and set up test drives.
• Effectively negotiate prices, financing options the secure the sale and handle any concerns or inquiries in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Ensure all required documents for the sale are obtained as well have all documents completed in a timely manner.
• Archieve or surpass monthly goals established.
• Efficiently manage customer relationships using our CRM system. Training will be provided for those new to CRM software.
• Work collaboratively within our team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
• Proactively conduct cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

We're Seeking Someone Who:

• Is fluent in English and Spanish, capable of communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Exhibits strong multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Is punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high attendance standards.
• Shows a friendly and professional demeanor, with a drive to motivate and engage with customers and team members.
• Has a proactive approach to sales, including experience or willingness to engage in cold calling.
