Job Description
1. Customer Service:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our software products.
· Provide comprehensive product information, troubleshooting guidance, and assistance in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate problems as needed.
2. Sales:
· Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote the benefits of our software solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and functionality.
· Close sales deals through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
3. Product Knowledge:
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software products and updates.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
· Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and experiences.
4. Documentation:
· Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and support tickets.
· Develop and update documentation, including FAQs and user guides, to assist customers in using our software.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the software industry
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Technical proficiency with a solid understanding of software products and related technologies.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools.
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
· Some traveling may be required.
Compensation
· Competitive base salary + commission
· No cap on commissions
· Bonus incentives are given based on production.
