Sales Representative

Gerzeny's RV World in Lakeland is looking for Sales Associates to join our team and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role you will assist clients with locating the perfect unit, negotiate terms of the deal and ultimately finalize the deal.

Your Role: Our Sales Associates interact with hundreds of customers - In person, over the phone and online when leads are submitted to help guide their RV purchase.

You will respond to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone or internet to an in-store experience. With outstanding communication and listening skills you will help our customers locate their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms of the deal and ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets and expectations to close the deal. Follow up is critical in this role, there is no time to waste as deals progress quickly in our industry. If you are a self driven, motivated sales person this is the role youve been searching for.

We offer a HIGHLY COMPETETIVE pay structure with the opportunity to make huge income. $75000 is the standard but many reps make well into the $150+ range. This is predicated on how hungry you are, and how hard you are willing to work. The opportunity is here, you simply must work for it.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Individuals invested in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Training and learning products available to our customers
• Following our time tested process and ensuring all paperwork is correctly collected for the deal to be processed
• Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with customers. No one and done deals, we have MULTIPLE REPEAT CUSTOMERS
• Work closely with Sales manager and F&I department

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• RV sales experience is not required- we will train you.
• Experience in other automotive or home sales is a plus.
• Ability to listen and build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Great energy and positivity
• Willing to work weekends (Every other Sunday Jan-Apr then Sundays off)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
